A glitch at a Wal-Mart photo kiosk led to the discovery of photos of a Central Florida man engaged in sex acts with children, according to police.
Brian Neil Rozema, 34, of Palm Bay, was charged with four counts of sexual battery, 13 counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, 122 counts of child pornography and 140 counts of voyeurism.
